Terms of Use

In any case, the aggregate liability of Almi arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site shall not exceed one thousand New Israeli Shekels (₪1,000).

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Almi regarding your use of the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and Almi regarding the Site.

Where you engage Almi for professional services, such engagement is governed by a separate written services agreement, which prevails over these Terms in respect of that engagement.
