Our commitment to accessibility

Almi Invest is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We regard equal, respectful, accessible, and independent access to our services as both a legal obligation and a core value, and we invest ongoing effort in maintaining and improving the accessibility of this site.

What is an accessible website?

Conformance level

This website was made accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and conforms to Israeli Standard IS 5568 at Level AA, based on the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines at Level AA.

What we have done to make the site accessible

  • The site can be operated using a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements.
  • A “skip to main content” link allows users to bypass repetitive navigation.
  • The site uses a semantic structure (headings, landmarks) to support assistive technologies.
  • Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text; purely decorative images are marked so assistive technologies skip them.
  • Background videos used for visual ambiance are marked as decorative and hidden from assistive technology, in line with WCAG guidance on decorative content.
  • The site respects the operating-system “reduce motion” setting: for users who enable it, background video does not autoplay and a static image is shown instead.
  • Text and background colors were chosen to provide sufficient contrast for readability.
  • The site is responsive and supports text resizing and reflow on different screen sizes.
  • Form fields have associated labels, and input errors are clearly identified.
  • The site was tested using both automated tools and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader testing.

Browser and assistive-technology compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of common web browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge) and on mobile devices.
